Account management

Using real-time data and statistics, our Account Managers will offer solutions and ideas at every stage of our relationship with our customers.

We pride ourselves on our ability to flex and adapt to the changing and challenging environment and our experienced Account Managers reflect this approach in their work. We are completely transparent and ethically driven in our approach to recruitment and if something isn’t working, we’ll react appropriately, create a solution and drive forward new ways of working.

Our approach works…

In July 2020 we were contracted to recruit a temporary team for an established, UK-wide courier. Fulfilment on takeover was 86.7% with only 788 of 909 shifts full. By September 2020 fulfilment was 98.9% with 1,052 shifts full from 1,064 requested. The temporary workers were motivated and supported by our team of shift managers and we built trust with our customer through our proactive approach in helping them improve productivity.
