At ALS People we specialise in the recruitment of temporary and permanent workers across a range of sectors including waste and recycling, warehousing and logistics and manufacturing. In 2020 we saw a rapid expansion of our services providing temporary workers at all levels into Covid-19 testing centres across the UK.
We recruit and develop people to support a range of roles from Operatives and Loaders to Team Leaders and Managers. Our recruitment spans into technical manufacturing roles and machine operators. Our focus on the induction, training and development of the temporary workforce ensures they are quickly engaged and working effectively, supporting the ongoing success of your organisation.
The change in the traditional model of recruitment companies moving away from the high street was accelerated in 2020. We were ahead of that trend: our business continues to operate a limited office infrastructure, with regional support in key areas across the UK, allowing us to maximise our Account Management presence and add value to your operation.
