Our company was launched in November 2014 and since then, we have experienced significant growth and expansion. We have more than 30 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, supporting customers right across the UK.

This success highlights our ability to adapt and move forward in challenging market conditions and underlines the need for us to continue to develop and support our people to ensure their well being and satisfaction and nurture their ability to create successful recruitment solutions for our customers.
We continue to place focus on people being at the heart of our business decisions. This people-focused approach, combined with our ambition for sustained growth, recently led us to evolve our brand and change our name from ALS Managed Services to ALS People; a more fitting description of the organisation and an accurate reflection of our company values.
